飛月小館是永和區深受老饕推薦的客家創意美食店,整體很具古早味氛圍,生意極佳、座位有限,一定要事先預約。小館沒有大招牌,也不醒目,料理以家常菜為主。「食材最重要!」老闆最重視就是食材的好壞、新鮮和營養,因此,有相當大的精力與時間是投注在食材採購上的,雞肉要放山雞,豬肉是本地黑豬肉,牛肉是臺灣黃牛肉,鯛魚不用放養的,蔬菜堅持有機,選用來自南投、三峽等各種在地食材...「現在文明病太多了,自己不吃的,絕不給客人吃」,就是這樣堅持最好、最新鮮的觀念,深獲行家推崇。
